She has been lending since 1990 and always offers her customers her full attention, whether it be in the insurance or mortgage arena. Outside of work, Michelle is very active in her local community and supports many area organizations. Giving back to the community is always a priority for Michelle. Emily started at Evans Home Loans in 2014 as an Intern through Bowling Green State University. After graduating and receiving her Business degree, she began her education in the mortgage industry. Emily received her mortgage license in 2017 as well as purchased her first home in Swanton, OH – where she has lived all her life. Emily is very familiar with the Northwest Ohio area and looks forward to serving the Bowling Green community and surrounding areas!

Karen has worked for Evans Insurance as the Administrative Director since 2013. Karen has her life & health and property & casualty license. She started working in Bowling Green in 1995 in the banking industry and is very familiar with the Northwest Ohio area. She enjoys serving people in the community with all of their insurance needs. She enjoys family and crafting when she is not working.
Noah Evans
Noah has been working at Evans Home Loans & Insurance since 2019. He is primarily an insurance specialist but helps in any way possible. Outside of the office, he serves as the assistant coach for the Bowling Green High School soccer team, having previously played in college. In his free time, Noah enjoys watching and playing soccer and spending time outdoors.
Dan Damman
Born and raised in Napoleon, Dan has been familiar with the Northwest Ohio region his entire life. He graduated from the University of Toledo with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He is an expert in all lending programs, as he has been originating mortgages for over two decades. Outside of work, Dan has been happily married for 20 years with two teenage daughters, with whom he loves playing sports and spending time.
